This is why consignment warehouses are a common method of providing our customers with the products they need in line with their requirements. We store the planned quantities directly on your premises – the time of delivery is the moment of withdrawal – and we arrange invoicing according to your specifications. This allows us to integrate perfectly into your materials management processes – efficiently and smoothly.
Vendor managed inventory (VMI) and Kanban
As many as necessary, as few as possible: VMI storage gives you maximum efficiency and flexibility in modern assembly lines. We ensure a reliable on-site supply of all necessary fasteners.
With the VMI system, two containers are available for each item in the assembly area. When the first one is empty, the second one moves up and ensures continuous replenishment. The empty bin is taken to a predefined collection point, filled by us and reintegrated into the VMI shelf. Smooth document management reduces monitoring effort and costs (even in the event of changes in use) by providing parts lists and invoices that are integrated into your ERP system.
