Practical example 3

Another example is the improvement of a DIN screw whose mechanical strength was not sufficient for our customer. We modified the geometry by changing the dimensions and shape and optimized the raw material in our own wire drawing shop until the standard specifications were far exceeded. The mass production process developed for this was refined and has now been successful for years.

Practical example 4

Two challenges at once were presented by a customer who needed a Special screws with reduced weight but could not switch to a lighter material for price reasons. Our engineers solved this apparent contradiction by developing a screw with a hollow body that is produced on our extrusion lines. The intelligent design not only saves 30% in weight, but the simultaneous material savings also meant that all economic requirements could be met.
